Look at all the free publicity his establisment is getting and the boost in sales that's coming from those mushheads who really think they're doing their good deed for the day. Scary! Let's see how long we can keep this chain going. Maybe we can get a long chain of cars around the block waiting to be a part of this wonderful phenomenon. How about if we get the news station to take pictures? How about this for a concept...Give to someone in need in secret and get no credit for it. Don’t think that the owner is completely altruistic! I can't remember the last time I've been this disgusted with people's stupidity after hearing about what I assume was meant to be portrayed as a "feel good" story. I wonder what would happen if I ordered a regular coffee, for say $2, and told the barista that I want to pay for my own drink and I want the additional $3 the last person left for me. I could then donate it to the charity of MY choosing. Unreal!!! I would be the jerk that refuses the money of the person before. Oh and if you try to count your taxes as a "charitable contribution" I think the IRS will be looking to have a word with you, in a less than friendly way.
