As for water, I think efficiency can go a long way. Most farms (and households) use way more water than is necessary for what they&#039;re doing. Water use is way more inefficient than it could be. I read a good article on it, but I can&#039;t find it atm.

What should happen if the poor get priced out of the market for water?</description>
